Meccanica Bertolaso performs precision CNC turning for large parts and complex geometries. Thanks to a diversified fleet of lathes, we are able to manage engine casings, shafts, flanges, and special components with high accuracy and reduced lead times. Our technologies include vertical turning, horizontal turning up to Ø 2000 x L 5000 mm, and Okuma multitasking centers for turning and milling in a single setup.

Meccanica Bertolaso specializes in contract CNC milling, ranging from large-scale dimensions to continuous 5-axis machining. Our machine fleet is divided between traditional gantry and traveling column mills and latest-generation Okuma machining centers, which integrate multitasking functions and automatic pallet changers.
Thanks to Renishaw probes for part probing and advanced control systems, we guarantee consistent precision, reduced cycle times, and maximum reliability even on complex components and variable batches.

- Okuma MU6300 V-L high-precision continuous 5-axis machining center, with multitasking turning and milling options, up to 6-pallet changer, 180 tools on board, Renishaw probe for part probing and measurement, and in-machine tool control.
- Okuma MA600H III → horizontal center with pallet changer and turning option, ideal for complex and high-efficiency production cycles
